Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and approachable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Holy Family RC and CE College. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our students have a safe, positive, and well‑managed lunchtime experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and positive environment during lunchtime for all students.
- Support students in managing behaviour and resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate with teaching staff to supervise students during breaks.
- Assist in meal provision and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with young people.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
