Learning Support Assistant (Foundation Stage) in Witham

• Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Early Years Education, Childcare or a related field.
• Has proven experience of working successfully within an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development.
• Has experience supporting children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
• Can work effectively alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning and intervention programmes.
• Has excellent behaviour management skills and high expectations of all children.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Supports and upholds the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
