- Supporting pupils' learning through planned activities and targeted interventions.
- Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion for all learners.
- Preparing and organising learning materials and resources.
- Assisting with personal care when required.
- Contributing to pupil observations and assessments to inform progress.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
