Holy Cross Hospital is a registered Charity and owned by the Daughters of the Cross. Our expertise is in the provision of neurorehabilitation for our patients. We presently have 42 in-patient beds and provide OP Physiotherapy for the local community.

As we grow and develop the neurophysiotherapy service, we are seeking an inspiring and dedicated team lead for our amazing neurophysiotherapy team. At Holy Cross Hospital we have an excellent reputation for delivering holistic neurorehabilitation and are ready to take the next step in our journey with the support of a specialist leader.

As a hands-on clinician, the post holder will be energetic, self-directed and a collaborative leader with the ability to manage the physiotherapy team on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will be high-profile when delivering rehabilitation services to patients with a range of functional and rehabilitative needs.

You will work alongside our occupational therapy lead, speech and language therapy lead and dietician to ensure a joined up and comprehensive therapy service. Alongside the newly appointed Therapy Services Director, you will have the opportunity to design and create a new therapeutic environment whilst continuing the journey to developing and supporting a specialised team who are truly fulfilled in their role.

Our physiotherapy service currently operates between Monday to Friday; however, this may be reviewed in the future as we develop the hospital. Please note this position is based fully onsite.
