We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our busy catering team. This is an important role that helps ensure patients, visitors and staff receive high-quality meals in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with food preparation, meal service, cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of food hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Support the catering team with basic food preparation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining and food service areas.
- Wash kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and infection prevention procedures at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation and storage of food supplies.
