Your input to our brand and marketing materials will shape how we present ourselves to our current and future service users, stakeholders, funders, and the general public. With your help we will ensure our website and other resources truly reflect our charity\’s vision and impact

We do not presently have a marketing team so there is lots of opportunity to make meaningful changes. You\’ll work closely with our CEO and her PA, including regular 1 1 check-ins for guidance, support and collaboration. While the role has a structure in place, there\’s flexibility — we\’re open to shaping it around your interests and strengths, whether that\’s strategy, content creation, analytics, or campaign planning.

What are we looking for?

Skills & Experience

• Strategic Marketing
• Develop and implement our annual marketing strategy
• Market research and data analysis ( particularly understanding future patient/ customer/client behaviours and competitor insight)
• Oversee all digital channels (as above)
• Lead campaign planning for workshops, fundraising and awareness drives (with our team and Volunteer Fundraiser)
• Ability to present marketing solutions based on data analysis; analyse performance data to continuously improve our reach
• Marketing – implementation
• Product marketing, Campaign design and execution
• Proven marketing experience (professional or volunteer)
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and digital platform creation (social media, email, basic analytics)
• Success in building communities with social marketing engagement including emerging platforms.
• Desirable – Web design
• Brand & Content Management
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Oversee creation of promotional materials (graphics, videos, case studies)
• Spot and share compelling success stories from our hospital

What will you be doing?

Role Description
We\’re looking for a proactive and strategic
Volunteer Marketing Coordinator/Manager
to lead our marketing efforts and help amplify our impact. Responsibilities include

• Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
• Conducting market research to identify future patient/ client/customer needs including the identification of competitive positioning
• Define target audiences, brand positioning, and messaging.
• With the CEO, set and manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
• Overseeing content creation and scheduling for digital, social media , email and automation,
• Develop product design, establish and implement eCommerce and product platforms
• Coordinating email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
