Every day, our teams help patients rebuild strength, independence and confidence. Exceptional food plays a vital role in that journey. And this is where it gets exciting. We have ambitious expansion plans ahead and are investing in the future of our services. We are now looking for a Head Chef who wants more than maintenance — someone who wants to shape, develop and drive the catering function forward as we grow.
The Role (Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this is a leadership position.)

About You
- You’re ambitious. You like standards. You care about impact.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Restaurant-standard culinary background
- NVQ Level 3 in Catering (or equivalent)
- Level 3 Food Hygiene
- Supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety
- Experience with IDDSI texture modification and allergen management would be advantageous.
- Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can lead change positively — developing people, raising standards and building a kitchen culture that reflects our values.
