We are now looking for a Head Chef who wants more than maintenance — someone who wants to shape, develop and drive the catering function forward as we grow.

The Role (Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this is a leadership position.)

About You

  • You’re ambitious. You like standards. You care about impact.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Restaurant-standard culinary background
  • NVQ Level 3 in Catering (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene
  • Supervisory/leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety
  • Experience with IDDSI texture modification and allergen management would be advantageous.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can lead change positively — developing people, raising standards and building a kitchen culture that reflects our values.
