We offer care, treatment and rehabilitation. Job summary: We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, professional nurse to manage a ward. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered, ensure the efficient running of the ward, effectively leading, motivating, supervising and directing staff to ensure that time and resources are managed through effective teamwork. About you: As an experienced Senior Staff Nurse you will be an RN with current NMC pin, with previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting, and be Tracheostomy and Ventilator trained, however training can be provided. You will be accountable for the delivery of our patient care in a way that is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, Effective and Well Led.
