The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Level 4 Teaching Assistant who will relish opportunities to professionally develop in a supportive school. This post will commence in Sept 2026.

This is a diverse role in which the successful candidate will be expected to support teachers, supervise classes across the school, and organise and lead an extracurricular club. A significant aspect of the position will involve providing pastoral care, particularly for some of the school's most vulnerable pupils.

The successful applicant will become part of the pastoral team, contributing to targeted care and intervention programmes, and will also act as the Link Programme Lead, liaising between the school and the council's mental health support services.
