Holton Independent Schools deliver a unique and bespoke Outdoor Education based curriculum to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) who have an EHCP.
Our school offers provision for a mixed gender intake of up to 102 pupils in the 9-20 age range. Our Upper and Middle Schools are located in the heart of the market town of Sleaford, and our Lower School site is in the nearby village of Osbournby.

- Experience in a Teaching Assistant role or working with children in a different environment.
- A desire to work in an SEMH school environment.
- Willingness to undertake qualifications that may be required as part of the job role.
Desirable candidate characteristics
- Experience with SEN pupils across a significant range of abilities and/or ages.
- Experience in helping to develop skills in Outdoor and/or Adventurous Activities.
- Experience in helping to develop pupils’ literacy and/or numeracy skills

Bowling, walking and visiting the trampoline park are fantastic activities for our pupils, promoting confidence, teamwork, physical wellbeing and positive social experiences!

Students gained valuable insight into how to set up their own business, the positives and challenges of being self-employed, and the realities of running a successful brand. They also learned the importance of good skincare habits and how to look after their skin properly.
