Job Title: Subcontracts Supervisor Location: Surrey (Office-based, 5 days per week) Project: Oil&Gas project in Saudi Arabia Contract Duration: Until 31st December 2026 Rate: £60/hour Ltd (Outside IR35) Overview: A leading EPC company are urgently seeking an experienced Subcontracts Supervisor to support a major Oil&Gas project in the Middle East based from the UK office in Surrey. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile international project within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of FEED and consultancy support contracts associated with the project. Prepare and issue comprehensive tender documentation. Ensure tender packages are complete, viable, and aligned with project requirements. Coordinate and lead tender clarification meetings and discussions. Serve as the central point for communication with tenderers, including the issuance of bulletins and clarification responses. Oversee timely technical and commercial evaluations and negotiations. Prepare and issue final contract documentation. Organize and lead contract Kick-Off Meetings. Manage all post-award contract activities, ensuring compliance and performance. Lead the contract close-out process in accordance with project procedures. Report on contract progress throughout pre- and post-award phases using project systems and tools. Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams. Engage directly with contractors, OIMs, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders. Interface with client representatives and internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Education: University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Business). Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in subcontracts or supply chain management. Proven track record in developing and executing contracts and procurement activities.
