A leading construction consultancy are recruiting for an Associate Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major data centre project in West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost & Commercial professional with strong data centre experience and expert knowledge of FIDIC Yellow Book.
You’ll take a senior, client-facing role across the project lifecycle, with responsibility for commercial and cost management activities from pre-contract through to post-contract and final account.
- Cost planning, estimating and benchmarking
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Managing project budgets, costs and cashflow
- Change control, variations and claims
- Final accounts and project close-out
