Frequent interaction with multiple team members, both internal and external is expected. They don’t expect you to sit and wait for answers, you will be integral to finding solutions. An appreciation for Project Management, programming and cost will be beneficial to your role and is likely to distinguish between BIM Technician and Senior.

  • Maintain organised model structures, naming conventions, and file management.
  • Support information exchanges at key project stages.
  • Ability to forecast task workloads and meet self-set deadlines.
