Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, bookings, courtesy car diary control, and customer updates.
- Liaise with third party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience working within a similar role in an accident repair centre or the motor trade.
- Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus.
- Experience as an administrator or customer service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.
