We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Accident Damage Estimator to join an established Accident Repair Centre. The role covers one of the sites in the Tyldesley area.

Role Overview
This is not a trainee role. To be considered you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years. Working experience with Audatex (or similar estimating software) and, ideally, holding an ATA VDA is required.
Responsibilities
- Inspect accident‑damaged vehicles, assessing full extent of damage, costs of repair and timeframes.
- Ensure adherence to work provider menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies for each contract.
- Maintain workflow volume to meet targets.
- Use computerized estimating systems.
- Liaise regularly with insurance and accident management companies regarding job updates or queries.
- Contact customers to provide updates.
Qualifications
- Experience using estimating software, ideally Audatex.
- ATA VDA advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to meet customer expectations.
