Responsibilities:
- Restore both standard and diamond-cut alloy wheels to an exceptional finish using specialist mobile diamond-cut lathe repair equipment.
- Complete all wheel refurbishment work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry-leading repair standards.
- Accurately colour-match alloy wheel finishes to deliver a seamless, factory-quality appearance.
- Produce high-quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail on every repair.
- Build positive relationships with customers by clearly explaining recommended repairs, agreeing work requirements, and obtaining approval for any associated costs before work begins.
- Support the wider repair team by carrying out SMART repairs when required, helping to deliver a complete vehicle cosmetic repair service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, including diamond-cut wheel repairs, is essential.
- Experience using mobile diamond-cut lathe equipment.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers.
- A proactive team player who can work independently while contributing positively to a busy and professional environment.
- Passionate about vehicle aesthetics and maintaining the highest repair standards.
