We’re recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Repair Technician to join an established business in the Aintree area, working on a varied range of vehicles and carrying out small to medium repairs.

What you’ll be doing
- Bumper and trim repairs
- Minor dent removal
- Filler and preparation work
- Strip and fit
- Paint mixing and colour matching
- Vehicle painting and refinishing
- Alloy wheel refurbishment
- Interior cosmetic refurbishment
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure repairs meet a high standard
- Accurately recording work and repair times
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
What we’re looking for
- Has previous experience as a Bodyshop Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer
- Ideally has a stable career history within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair environment
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
- Can consistently produce high-quality repairs
- Is motivated, reliable and results-driven
- Can work efficiently while maintaining excellent standards
What’s on offer?
- £40,000 basic salary + individual efficiency bonus
- Permanent position
- 42 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Alternate Saturdays - 4 hours
- Individual efficiency bonus
