You'll be a representative of a VAG Group business, calling customers into the workshop for repairs, organising parts, services and MOT's. Requirements:
- A driving licence
- The ability to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
