We are currently recruiting for experienced PSV Shift Supervisors to join a well-established and growing bus operator across depots in Worcestershire. What you will do as HGV Shift Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise workshop engineers and technicians
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained to DVSA and company standards
- Allocate work and manage shift productivity

- Assist with inspections, servicing schedules and defect management
- Provide technical support and mentoring to the team

What you will need as HGV Shift Supervisor:

- Supervisory or senior technician experience
- Strong knowledge of DVSA standards and compliance
