Hours: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
Shifts: 7:00am – 4:30pm OR 8:00am – 5:30pm
Role: As an HGV Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles, ensuring they remain roadworthy, compliant, and operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment
- Complete safety inspections and ensure compliance with DVSA standards
- Prepare vehicles for MOT
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV Technician / Fleet Technician
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance)
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills

- HGV licence (desirable but not essential)
