The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cosmetic Repair Technician / SMART Repair Technician to join a well-established and busy business in the Oldbury area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SMART Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer looking for a permanent position within a professional working environment, where quality and attention to detail are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out bumper and trim repairs
- Completing minor dent repairs and removal
- Carrying out alloy wheel refurbishment
- Undertaking interior refurbishment
- Mixing and matching paint to achieve an accurate colour match
- Preparing and spraying vehicles to a high standard
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying any additional repair requirements
- Completing accurate job documentation and recording repair times
- Working efficiently to agreed repair times and quality standards
What Weโre Looking For
- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer
- Experience working within a Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality repairs
- A hands-on, reliable and professional approach
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent repair standards
- A good understanding of vehicle cosmetic repairs and paint processes
