Our client is an Independent Garage and has the requirements for an experienced, high performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team in Northampton.

Hours: 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday – No weekends. Paid overtime. Monthly bonus. Award winning garage.

Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
  • Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
  • Produce job cards on the in‑house computer system.

Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role (Service Admin/Service Advisor).
  • Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink.
  • Ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Experience using commercial databases for customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Permanent, Full time.
