Salary: up to £39,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits - OTE £45,000/£50,000

We have an opportunity for a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join my client’s workshop in Northampton. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
  • Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/car supermarket
  • Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
  • Experience of working on commercial vehicles / LCV / cars
  • Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
  • As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
