The leading Agricultural and Groundcare dealership group is looking for a Service Manager to lead their Littleport branch. This role requires a skilled, motivated team to ensure excellent customer service and top‑quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support service technicians to deliver high‑quality repairs
- Manage departmental workflow, including scheduling, P&L, KPIs, and warranty claims
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Handle staff matters confidently and in line with company policies
- Plan and organise workloads to maintain smooth operations, including peak periods such as harvest
- Work independently and proactively solve operational challenges
Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, ideally including CNH, New Holland, and Case products
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy service environment
- Experience managing KPIs, P&L, and warranty processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Confident in managing staff and customer expectations
- Hands‑on approach with a practical understanding of service operations
