Warranty Administrator - High Wycombe - £35,000 - Main Dealership

We are working with a respected main dealership who are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their team. This position would suit a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic who is looking to come away from the tools.
Responsibilities as a Warranty Administrator:- Carry out quality control checks by road-testing vehicles, documenting faults with photos and videos, and ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards before handover.
- Provide technical support to the workshop by reviewing diagnostic information, workshop manuals and repair procedures before work begins.
- Maintain accurate workshop records, ensuring job cards, operation codes, parts availability and repair documentation are completed correctly.
- Work closely with Vehicle Technicians to discuss repair methods, provide technical guidance and help resolve complex faults.
- Liaise with the Service Advisor team to ensure completed vehicles are prepared for customer collection.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to workshop processes, efficiency and quality standards.
- Trained on Manufacturer Warranty Standards
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office
- Analytical, precise & accurate
- Able to prioritise workload
- Flexible and willing to work as part of a team or on their own initiative
- Must be able to work to a tight schedule and reliably see-through tasks to completion
- Reliable and punctual
