- Oversee the day-to-day running of a regional branch operation
- Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve performance targets
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the branch
- Handle staffing matters, including performance management and development
- Maintain a strong commercial focus to support business growth

- Proven experience in a management role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
