About the Role
As an MOT Tester, you'll carry out MOT inspections in line with DVSA regulations, ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and compliant. You'll also support the workshop team by maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines
- Inspect vehicles for safety and emissions compliance
- Identify and report any faults or defects
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop
- Work closely with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow
What You'll Need
- Valid MOT Tester Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in an MOT Tester role
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience using diagnostic equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
