Position: Garden Machinery Mechanic (Mobile / Workshop) – Ashford, Kent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

The Role
As a Garden Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of equipment, including:
- Ride-on and pedestrian mowers
- Golf course maintenance equipment
- Turf machinery
- Compact tractors
- Hedge trimmers and strimmers
- Utility vehicles
- Small petrol and diesel-powered equipment
You will split your time between customer sites and workshop as/when required, providing high levels of service and technical support.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has experience working on garden machinery, turf equipment, golf machinery, agricultural equipment, plant machinery, or small engines
- Has strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault‑finding skills
- Is confident working independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
- Holds a land‑based engineering or relevant mechanical qualification (advantageous but not essential)
