Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a well‑regarded agricultural dealership to recruit a skilled Agricultural Service Technician to join their busy branch in Fyfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills to join a supportive team, working on a wide range of modern agricultural machinery both in the workshop and out in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on agricultural machinery (warranty, chargeable, or internal jobs)
- Complete job cards accurately, detailing machine information, time, mileage, and related documents
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Follow health and safety procedures and company policies
- Attend relevant training to maintain product knowledge and compliance standards
- Proven experience in agricultural machinery servicing and repair
- Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Well‑organised and self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Presentable and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Willing to be part of an on‑call rota during busy seasonal periods
