Salary: DOE, plus bonus.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

This is a great opportunity for an experienced parts professional to oversee the day-to-day running of a Parts Department within the agricultural and groundcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Parts Department, showroom, and goods inward area
  • Supporting and leading the parts team
  • Assisting Service and Sales departments
  • Maintaining customer and supplier relationships
  • Managing stock control and departmental performance

Requirements

  • Experience within parts/agricultural/plant/groundcare sectors
  • Previous supervisory or management experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
