Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Salary: Up to £60,115.70 per annum

We are recruiting experienced Mobile HGV Technicians to join our professional fleet maintenance team covering Dartford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a competitive salary, stable employment, and the autonomy of working in a mobile role with a fully equipped company van.

Role

  • Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers at customer locations
  • Diagnose faults and conduct effective repairs on-site
  • Attend breakdowns and provide roadside assistance when required
  • Conduct safety inspections, defect rectification, and MOT preparation
  • Ensure all work is completed to DVSA and company standards
  • Complete job cards and maintain accurate service records
  • Manage van stock and ensure all tools and equipment are maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing the business on-site

About You

  • Level 3 qualified HGV Technician (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience working on commercial vehicles, trucks, and trailers
  • Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Previous mobile or field service experience would be advantageous
