We're working with a Main Dealer in Corby who are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their workshop. With a steady increase in work, they’re now looking for an additional technician.
What’s on offer:
- Basic salary up to £39,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE £45,000–£50,000 with bonus
- 40-hour week – Monday to Friday
- 20 days holiday, increasing up to 25 with service + Bank Holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Full EV & Hybrid training if not already qualified
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance (IMI, NVQ, or City & Guilds)
- MOT Tester certificate (Class 4 at minimum preferred)
- Experience in either main dealer or independent garage
- Confident working on cars or LCVs
- Hybrid/EV trained – or open to training
- Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/car supermarket
- Experience of working on commercial vehicles/LCV/cars
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
- As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
