We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestige dealership in Chelmsford. The role offers a basic salary of £32,000 - £35,000 with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday on a rota depending on workload
- New Starter Guarantee: Salary topped up to OTE during initial training period
- Annual Leave: Minimum of 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with long service
- Additional Benefits: Tool insurance scheme, vehicle purchase discounts, life insurance, employee discounts at over 1000 retailers, gym membership discounts, cycle to work scheme, holiday allowance increases with service
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standards
- Complete all work efficiently and effectively, adhering to manufacturer scheduled times
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a dealership as a Vehicle Technician or similar
- Good technical knowledge
- Valid driving license
