Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based in Waterlooville, who are on the lookout for an experienced Cable Assembler.

The company is a leading manufacturer of electronics and distributes their products across the world for the electronics industry.

This role offers a Temporary to Permanent contract, working Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 16:30, with an early finish on Friday!

Responsibilities:

  1. Following technical drawings
  2. Soldering to IPC 620 standards
  3. Cutting, crimping, and stripping cables
  4. Cable looming and wiring

Requirements:

  1. Experience in cable assembly
  2. Previous experience with looming and wiring
  3. Soldering experience, preferably IPC 620 standard
  4. Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  5. Experience within the electrical industry

The role pays between Β£12.21 and Β£14 per hour, depending on experience.
