Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 OTE + £6,000 Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
  • Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
  • Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, working in a dealership as a Vehicle Technician (or similar).
  • Must have a driving licence.

Additional Information:

  • Bonus guaranteed £400 for the first 3 months; averages around £400-£500 per month; uncapped.
  • Monday to Friday – No Saturdays.
  • Overtime at enhanced rate.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Contributory pension.
  • Healthcare.
