Are you an experienced Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, or Bodyshop Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Blackpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.

The Role

  • Managing customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Coordinating vehicle bookings and repair schedules
  • Maintaining courtesy car and recovery driver diaries
  • Providing customers with regular updates throughout the repair process
  • Handling administrative duties relating to Bodyshop operations
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the repair journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within an Accident Repair Centre would be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience using Autoflow would be beneficial, but is not essential
