An established and growing fleet services business is seeking an experienced HGV Fleet Co-ordinator to join its busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong customer service, administration, and vehicle coordination experience. The successful HGV Fleet Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing vehicle hire enquiries, supporting customers throughout the hire process, coordinating vehicle deliveries and collections, and ensuring all associated administration is completed accurately and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Process vehicle hire orders from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections with drivers and operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Produce regular reports relating to fleet activity and vehicle utilisation.
  • Assist with invoicing and hire documentation.
  • Ensure all paperwork and processes meet company compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
