What we offer:
- Salary £38,000–£42,000 basic plus Christmas and mid-year bonus
- Full workshop access – technicians can use the workshop for independent use
- Stable team
- Training available: MOT (if required), EV training levels 1–4, and diagnostic training
- Hours: Monday–Friday ONLY 8:00am–5:30pm 1 hour lunch, plus tea break NO Saturdays
Requirements:
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance preferred; Level 2 considered with strong experience
- IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds Automotive qualifications
- MOT Tester course (4, 5, or 7) desirable
- Experience in dealerships or independent garages
- Commercial vehicles/LCV experience a plus
- Hybrid/EV experience desirable, but training provided
- Time-served Technician will be considered
- Master Technician experience would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and MOT work to the highest standard
- Undertake all vehicle repairs fully and effectively
- Support workshop team and maintain high-quality standards
