This is an Automotive Service Advisor role in the Basingstoke Area for a very popular Volume Dealership. The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal and repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too.
Here are a few pointers:
- Paying up to £34,000 with bonus + quarterly CSI bonuses totalling over £40,000
- 1 of 4 Saturdays
- Very quick accreditation - the majority of their managers progress frequently from within, so you will be given training for growth through their training academy.

Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role:
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
- Produce job cards on in-house computer system
- Update customer and vehicle records
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
- Preparation and completion of invoices
Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role:
- Experience as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
- The ability to sell additional products and services to customers
- Driving license
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
