Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle electrical faults and determine the correct repair methods and parts
- Carry out servicing, inspections, and routine vehicle examinations to DVSA standards
- Overhaul and repair complex electrical systems including engine management and ECUs
- Work on electronic braking, suspension, destination equipment, and multiplex wiring systems
- Attend on-road breakdowns and carry out vehicle recovery and road testing where required
- Use diagnostic equipment including ECU software, multimeters, and other electrical testing tools
