We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a reputable main dealership in Melton Mowbray. This is a great opportunity for a current Workshop Controller or Assistant Service Manager with main-dealer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the workshop, managing and supporting a team of skilled technicians.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
- Support service advisors and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Ensure health and safety and compliance procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a main-dealer workshop is essential.
- A solid technical background with the ability to manage and lead a team.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred but not essential.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
