Location: Wolverhampton & Surrounding areas

Hours: 39 Hour week, any additional hours paid as overtime

Pay: Door-to-door - £38-40K+ Basic DOE Plus overtime £50-60K OTE

Join a Market-Leading Main Dealership Group. A well-established and respected main dealer is seeking an experienced Plant Engineer to join their team covering Wolverhampton & surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and well-supported engineering environment, working on some of the most reliable and advanced plant machinery in the industry. Must have experience working alone as this position will be working remotely at customers' sites.

The Role:

  • Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of construction and plant equipment
  • Diagnose faults across hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Perform breakdown and planned maintenance at customer sites
  • Utilise diagnostic tools and create digital service reports
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Package & Benefits:

  • £(phone number removed)+ Basic salary £50,000+ OTE (with door-to-door pay and enhanced overtime rates)

  • Average holiday pay to reflect overtime worked
  • 30 days annual leave, increasing with length of service up to a total of 35 days

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Qualifications & 5 years minimum as a Field Service or Mobile Plant Engineer
  • Solid understanding of modern hydraulics, diesel engines, and diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer expectations on-site

Preferred:

  • Background with OEM/dealership equipment
  • Quarry or heavy earthmoving experience desirable
  • CSCS / IPAF / Quarry Passport
