Up to £46,000 Basic + Individual Bonus (OTE £55,000+)

Our client is looking to recruit a skilled MET Technician to join their successful team in the Warrington area. The Role

As an MET Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality mechanical, electrical and trim repairs as part of the vehicle repair process.

  • Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components
  • Stripping and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Identifying and reporting any additional damage not included within the original estimate
  • Carrying out suspension repairs and mechanical work
  • Completing four-wheel alignment and geometry (GEO) adjustments

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip & Fit Technician within an accident repair centre
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with suspension, steering and vehicle geometry
  • ATA Accreditation (desirable but not essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
  • Hybrid Vehicle qualification (preferred)
  • ADAS Accreditation (preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence

  • Excellent individual bonus scheme (bonus starts once 35 hours are sold)
  • OTE of £55,000+
  • Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week
