Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 + Individual Time Saved Bonus & Team Bonus Scheme
Hours: Choice of 40 or 45-hour working week
About the Role We are recruiting for a prestige main dealership in Ashford, seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their professional and growing service team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment in a modern, well-equipped workshop. You’ll benefit from manufacturer and in-house training as well as long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Work on gearboxes, engines, clutches, brakes, suspension and more
Complete all work efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards and productivity
Record all work carried out, including parts used and time taken, in line with manufacturer and company standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment Essential Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
At least 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician post-qualification
Strong technical knowledge, especially in diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and fault-finding
Full UK driving licence
A positive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a workshop environment Benefits:
