Yard Operative (Plant Hire) in Surrey

Yard Operative Location: Farnham Salary: Basic Salary DOE Hours: Monday to Friday Holt Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Yard Operative to join their busy Farnham depot. The role will involve keeping the yard organised and safe, supporting the workshop team and preparing machinery for delivery and collection. The Role: Loading and unloading plant machinery and attachments Moving and positioning machinery around the yard Preparing machines for customer dispatch Checking machines, attachments and equipment before delivery Cleaning and maintaining machinery and the yard Supporting incoming and outgoing transport Carrying out basic machine checks Ensuring the yard remains clean, tidy and organised Assisting the workshop and engineers with general dutiesAbout You: Previous yard, plant or machinery experience preferred Confident operating and manoeuvring machinery TLT/forklift experience desirable Full UK driving licence Good attention to detail Reliable, organised and flexible Comfortable working outdoors in a busy environment Good communication and teamwork skillsInterested?
