Falling short on career development? Missing monthly bonus targets? We have taken on an Automotive Service Advisor role in the Winchester Area for a very successful Premium Dealership Group.
- Monday to Friday only - no weekends as a rule.
- This is a very active site, but you will not be overloaded. You'll be working with 3 other Advisors for a brand that pride themselves on organisation, customer service and working together.
- Team based bonus as opposed to individual - you all make in together, achieving anywhere between £400 - £1000 per month.

Key role and responsibilities for this Service Advisor role:
- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs.
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
- Produce job cards on in-house computer system.
- Update customer and vehicle records.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
- Preparation and completion of invoices.
Minimum requirements for this Service Advisor role:
- Experience as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade.
- The ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
- Driving license.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks.
