Job Title: Picker Packer Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: £29,000 per annum + Performance Bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Day Shifts) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team in Leatherhead. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting both warehouse operations and internal picking for production. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring stock is picked accurately, packed efficiently, and delivered on time to support the smooth running of our production and dispatch functions. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack items accurately according to production and warehouse orders. Prepare materials and stock for internal production use. Ensure all items are correctly labelled, packaged, and recorded. Carry out regular stock checks and inventory control. Follow company procedures for health and safety and warehouse standards. Maintain a clean and organised working environment. Assist with goods-in and goods-out operations as needed. Use warehouse systems and handheld scanners (training provided).Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or packing/picking environment preferred. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and lifting items. A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
