Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy Agricultural depot in Colchester. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts department, supporting aftersales operations, and ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the parts department
- Support aftersales operations and wider business functions
- Manage and support parts staff where required
- Maintain accurate stock control and organisation
- Process orders, returns, and supplier interactions
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Monitor and report any stock discrepancies
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a parts role at senior or management level
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
