Salary: £29,500 plus a bonus of up to £36,920 (£32,000)
Holt Recruitment have taken on a Parts Advisor vacancy in the Wokingham Area to join a popular Volume Dealership. Paying up to £29,500 basic with an achievable bonus structure OTE £36,700. Mon - Fri 8-5:30 with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Variety in the day to day in a professional and fast-paced work environment – the role will also include Trade involvement too.
Skills and experience required as a Parts Advisor:
- Coordinate the efforts of colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales, in sync with an efficient service department.
- Committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer’s expectations are exceeded.
- Can demonstrate experience in a Main Dealership setting OR from a national/local parts distributor.
- A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible.
