Mobile Van / Car Service Technician £40,000 basic salary + bonus | OTE £49,600 | Company van provided We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Van / Car Service Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vehicle technician looking for a mobile role offering an attractive basic salary, bonus potential and the independence of working on the road. The role You will travel to customer locations to carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Key responsibilities Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on cars and vans. Diagnose mechanical faults and identify required repairs. Complete vehicle inspections, mechanical repairs and general maintenance. Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults where required. Ensure all work meets company quality and health and safety standards. Maintain accurate service records and job sheets. Provide professional customer service at customer locations. Manage appointments and workload effectively while working independently. Requirements Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Service Technician. Good knowledge of car and light commercial vehicle maintenance. Competent in servicing, mechanical repairs and fault diagnosis. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload. Reliable, organised and customer-focused attitude. Relevant automotive qualifications desirable.
